Live Painting @ ENU
Another amazing weekend at East Nashville Underground has come and gone, the music was loud, the beers were flowing, and the patrons were pleased.
Here is the finished painting i had been working on throughout the festival.
At the next ENU this painting will be the background for the photobooth. Thats all for now.

Nashville Scene: Best Street Artist
BEST STREET ARTIST: RYAN M. McCAULEY
In November of last year, seemingly overnight, Five Points in East Nashville was besieged by wheat-paste robots. And while the business owners who suddenly found themselves under robot attack might not have been happy, we certainly appreciate McCauley's robo-retro street art vision. Whether it's a green android peering out at you on Main Street or a mob of cardboard-box robots parading through the Art Crawl, McCauley's work is both daring and consistently cool. —LANCE CONZETT
Make sure to pick up an issue of the Nashville Scene: Best of Nashville 2012. Flipping through the pages you'll find an array of features on talented Nashvillians. I was flattered to be selected Best Street Artist. Though I feel I'm just getting things rolling in Nashville, It's good to see that people are taking notice to my work. I guess I'll have to step my game up in 2013. I have a title to defend.

Look who stopped by!
While working on my painting at East Nashville Underground Summer 2012, Mr. Ron Jeremy stopped in to hang for a little while. Turns out Ron is a big fan of my art. "Its very modern, and youthful" Jeremy said. Thanks for being my "biggest" fan Ron Jeremy.
Ill have the finished painting up soon along with a full breakdown of ENU Summer 2012 in a few days.

Tomato Head
Here is the painting I did at the 2012 Tomato Art Festival in East Nashville. I had an amazing time hanging out with all the tomato heads. It was a great day for East Nasty.
The painting was auctioned off and all proceeds benefit the Nashville Bicycle Alliance. The painting sold and there was even a little bidding war.
The lucky winner was Chris Hill. Who got a great deal on a one of a kind piece of art. Thanks Chris!
Thanks to everyone who came out and Thanks to Johnny at The Green Wagon for having me. See you vatos next year!

Tomato Art Festival
Tomato Art Fest is this Saturday! I'm really excited to be a part of the festival witch as grown ever more as the years go by. This year an expected 30,000 patrons are rollin' into Five Points to celebrate art, music, East Nashville and of course, the all mighty tomato.
This year, I'm doing a live painting at The Green Wagon (See Map) from 10-Noon. The painting will be auctioned off at 5pm. All proceeds will go to the Nashville Bicycle Alliance. To further encourage you to ride your bike im giving everyone who rides a free robot sticker! So don't you dare drive your car.
Along with the live painting and auction I have 6 new paintings showing at The Building. They'll have live music and tomato art all day long. Plus! its b.y.o.b. So, if you happen to have a case of beers, you can drink them while enjoying the art and music.
So get out and enjoy the day, Eat a tomato, buy some art, drink a beer and listen to some of the amazing musical talent here in Nashville (example: The Future @ The Green Wagon 7pm).
Its a sure thing.
Do not miss it.
PS: Keep an eye out for all the new street art I've put up for this event.

E20
On the corner of Eastland & 20th in East Nashville is a community graffiti wall run by a couple of true gents. Krest & Mope paint this wall regularly, often times going with a seasonal theme. I had some extra spray laying around so I did this quick piece. If your ever in the area make sure to stop by and check out the current work. If their out there painting, you gotta say. like I said, true gents.

Down on Main St.
Oh boy it's been a while. After a 4 year hiatus from graffiti I finally picked up some cans and sprayed a little paint. Though it had been a while I had no trouble finding my old technique. The wall is on Main St. in Nashville, TN. The gateway to East Nashville if you will. The robot above the piece is not spray. I don't think ill be spraying any of my robots, just brush. You can feel the texture of the wall and the impact of the brush as it splatters thick latex paint onto red brick. I love it. More to come.
